What does the essay question : "Analyse How one or more minor character helped you understand a main character
The class watched Wallace and Gromit : The curse of the were-rabbit, and I’m using hutch (minor charc.) and wallace (maj.) What I don’t get is the whole essay question? Do i talk about the similarities between hutch and wallace and say it helps me understand or what?

I havnt seen that movie but its like asking how do the minor characters react or influence the main character.
e.g. If the minor characters are very scared or intimidated by the main character, it may help you further understand that the main character is not a very nice person, almost a bully.
Answer the question with the reactions and actions of the characters and then talk about the sort of person you think the main character is based on the minor characters actions.

How do you know if you been paid on half.com?
I just sold 3 item’s and it doesn’t show anything of the person has paid. But, I did get an e-mail saying (You’ve Made a Sale - Please Ship Your Item). Nothing has showed up in my bank account yet and I don’t want to send it until I am completely sure they have paid for the item’s. My computer turns on, but there is no image sent to my display. What could be at fault?
Before I explain in detail, I just want to say that my tech experience is pretty decent, but no way on par with a trained IT specialist. Just fyi.
So recently (well about a month ago), my computer started to BSOD frequently, and after, my video card would ’stutter’, for the lack of better words. I would get the warning that ‘the display adapter stopped working and successfully recovered’. Then one day, I got a BSOD, but there was no driver named. From that time on, my computer would turn on, but there would be no POST beeps, or display from my monitor. Keep in mind, that I’ve also been experiencing PSU issues, such as the machine not cold starting unless I let the tower sit for a while, while off. And I had to resort to changing the voltage on the back of the PSU and right back just to get the initial power to boot.
Sorry if that was a lot of information to take in. As of right now, I’m still not getting any display or beeps upon boot. I suspect it to be a faulty video card, but that doesn’t explain why I’m not getting any POST error beeps (tested by removing all ram and booting up). Internal speaker is connected. I’ve tried re-seating the video card, re-seating the ram and cleaning out the dust inside.
Last but not least, since there’s no beep… I’m starting to think its a power supply issue. Could a faulty power supply fail to supply enough power to the motherboard, causing the video card to not work and the internal speaker either?
Gah, sorry for the length. I just wanted to be as thorough as possible.

I think you were pregant… im sorry but it happened to one on my BFF’s sister. she was pregant and had a misscarge (sorry cant spell it) and 2 things came out of her about the size of a 50p peice and it was a blood clot so i think you had a miscarage so id advise you to check your doctor

How do I stop this relationship and get rid of my sister's boyfriend?
The guy my sister has been dating, for more than half a year now, is totally disgusting.
First things first, he is butt-ugly and skinny. He is also shorter than my sister by about a head. That was my first impression. Not a very nice one. Well I guess you could say looks does not matter as long as he has good character and treats my sister well. But no, he has none of that.
My sister is 17, and he is about 4 years older than her. She is a student in a Polytechnic while he is an ITE dropout. He is very useless, a dropout without a job. And so, what does he do? That bastard asks my sister for MONEY. What a loser!! Have you ever heard of a older guy who asks his student girlfriend for money??
I am in a very modest family, and my parents are relatively conservative. She also comes home really late, the usual timing is 2am but it can sometimes go to 5am. And they are often left worried waiting at home, wondering what on earth their young daughter was doing. So when she came home with hickeys all over her, they were deeply appalled.
I wonder how far they have gone. It disgusts me to think of what that dog-faced man does to my sister. A horrible older man who preys on young student girls, because he can’t find women his age?
And I must mention, he also dates other girls secretly and they have been into many fights because of that. But my sister is soft-hearted and always ends up forgiving him.
Ever since she started on this relationship, she has been very moody. She hasn’t been herself for a long time and I miss her. I long for my lovely sister to return. Due to all this, her grades are also dropping. My parents worried for her. They disapproved of her relationship. They tried numerous times to talk to her about it, but she does not listen.
As her sister, I hate that disgusting man. I would like to break his face for every time he breaks her heart. But she does not know that this relationship is heading towards a imminent disaster, and that she will never have true happiness with this incapable guy.
What should I do?
You don’t. It’s up to her. She obviously has her reasons why she won’t dump him. Mind your business.
If it bothers you so much, tell her you’re not gonna talk to her ’til he’s gone or something.

How well would you say this descriptive writing is?
As my eyes driffted open from my distant slumber, I found myself lazzed freely in a vast open space. The harsh sunlight reflected of the broad horizon, blinding the delicate outer-layer of my green-blue eyes. As my eyes grew welcome to the warm, golden sun, i felt myself squint my eyes.Small shapes begain to appere.
Lined in the distance, stood a row of derilcted houses, four or five at the most, The pale red bricks that made the house had started to crumble away leaving the house look frial and timid. The what was white paint that had been neetley painted begun to peel and fade into a now dull grey tint that was spashed messily onto parts of broken bricks.
Weeds and moss had begun to grow, as the unkept building was left to fend for itsself, in the harsh conditions thrown at them. The once was hand crafted window panes had been exposed to the weather for so long that they had begun to splinter, leaving the reailty of the conditions real.
My eyes flickerd up to the the murkey, uncleaned glass in the windows, smashed glass was scatterd among the dark evergreen that englufed the path.
Beyond the acient windows, mold had begun to seep through the dirty walls, waiting all inocent, but ready to pounce like an venus fly trap, to capture there prey and smothering it to death.
..not finished yet!! and im only 15 so sorry for any punctuation or spelling issues (have dyslexia) and the damn spell cheaker thingy isnt showing.
soo basically what do you think? good enough for GCSEs? or to descrpitive?…any improvments are welcome?

I don’t think it was descriptive at all, because all your descriptions were over done & too simple w/o being Hemingway simple. The writing itself isn’t good; it’s being done & not only done but it looks like 80 % of the work that is posted on Ya. Ans. However, don’t be insulted by that. Improve on your craft. Art is something that takes passionate practice & self-discipline.
